I'd recommend Vantage Toyota Scarborough to a friend because the experience was a pleasurable one from start to finish. Tom (Jolley) was knowledgable but never pushy to the point of hard-sell (which personally would turn me away) We visited other showrooms from much bigger motor groups (Evans Halmshaw) and the experience was very different - not personal and all about pushy sales - a complete put off. Tom's approach was a perfect balance of product knowledge, courtesy and efficiency, allowing us time to decide, giving all options available when asked and having time to explain things without the pushy sales element that is a complete turn off for many people - when will the bigger motor groups learn this is the best strategy!
